Thought that winter was a dry period but it was raining on and off the last couple of days. Hit the tracks this morning, 1st July, and didn't expect the sheer muddiness of the tracks. Did the 3.6km circuit but not the waterfall track. It was just way too muddy. Wear proper hiking shoes coz quite slippery. If taking the longer route then be prepared for rocky climbs down. Easy If dry, slightly scary when muddy and likely dangerous if raining. Overall a very beautiful and intermediate track. Quite a number of people for a weekday.

Amazing scenery, signs were a bit sparse though, very easy to walk on to witches chase after walking to the Falls, without realising its out and back, and I consider that a grade 4-5 hike with the rocks and other difficult parts ti the track... There's looped trails and out and back parts along the way

The walk around wasn't to bad. But not for the faint of heart. The track is not wheelchair friendly. There are rocks and tree roots in the middle of the path. The waterfall was very small only because of the lack of rain, which was a shame. But some of the views are good. The track starts easy but near the end is hard. Some wildlife around as well. The path is narrow in parts as well.
