This is usually the second stop on organized tours, since you can’t get there on your own. This stop is used by the tour operators for lunch, and you’ll find a mix of groups and people there. The place is crowded, and the smell of grilled meat fills the air. There are shaded seating areas with tables where you can eat your lunch. As for the natural surroundings—the beach has completely white sand. To swim in the water, you must wear a full-body suit because of the stingers that can sting and cause severe pain. The tour company provides these suits upon arrival. You have three options at this stop: take a guided bushwalk, relax by the beach, or simply rest in the area. There are toilets available. The beach is very long but doesn’t have any particularly remarkable features—it’s fairly ordinary. In summary: it’s a lovely beach, but getting there requires effort through an organized tour, and of course, it involves additional cost.
