About Wappa Falls

Wappa Falls is a scenic swimming hole near Yandina on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, approximately forty minutes south of Noosa, located beside the Wappa Dam. Jack Harrison Park on the banks of Wappa Dam provides green open space, picnic tables, playground, amenities, large parking and lawns, with a short bush walk to the falls. While the falls attract visitors, swimming is not recommended due to slippery rocks, strong currents and submerged boulders.
