Budget cabin was clean and bright, worn yet serviceable. Had a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and hotplates which I didn't use but they were there. The only reason I took one star off is that if I wanted to watch TV then I needed to sit on a kitchen chair or sit/ lay on the bottom bunk. Day bed with trundle might be an option

Worst customer service Iβve had in a long long time! My partner and I were on our way from Adelaide and tried to call ahead to reserve a place. We called at least 5 times between 3pm and 5pm to no answer. Then we even wrote to their website to no answer. We couldnβt book online because we werenβt sure if we would arrive before the reception closed and on their website it says to call ahead to confirm late check in. We were unsuccessful contacting them so we just took our chances. We arrived at 6pm, after the reception had closed, so we called the after hours number on the door. The guy who answered was absolutely useless and no help at all. I told him how much we had tried to contact them, but he didnβt care. I asked if maybe I could leave ID or a deposit somewhere, but he just said to leave and find something else. We were just after a non powered campsite. He then just hung up on us. So feeling stranded we tried another campground across the road called NRMA campsite. I called the after hours number there and it was the complete opposite. They immediately wanted to help us and were happy to just take a copy of my ID and said to just make the payment at reception in the morning. The camp itself is also great! The pool, kitchen and lounge area is very comfortable. I guess it was a blessing in disguise in the end.

We had a great long weekend stay with another family sharing the Superior 3 Bedroom Cabin. Facilities were clean and tidy, easy walk into town, little takeaway shop rescued the kids for dinner one night and coffee van rescued me in the morning! We had a great time around Victor and walks around Waitpinga. Need to go back and try out the pizza oven!

Stayed here for 5 nights stayed in site 13T. Mix of permanent and holiday spots. There was a great pool area and a splash park and mini golf for the kids. The amenities were dated and need updating but relatively clean and usable. There was a laundry with 7 dollar washing machine tap your card and away you go. It was a good area to stay with great bike riding. Granite Island was an easy walk.

We went to VH with a group of friends, 8 adults, four 3yo and a baby and we all loved our stay! The campsite was perfect for the kids, everything was easily accessible, safe and fun! The mini-golf, pool and the jumping pillow were the favourites. The pool was very cold but we still managed to get in! Our cabins were clean and functional and we were impressed with the amount of storage. A wonderful little holiday close to home. We highly recommend this campsite to families with children! Thank you!
