We had an absolutely faultless stay! Firstly, every staff member we encountered were so friendly and we were constantly greeted with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our cabin was spotless on arrival and in a fantastic spot right on the billabong, great size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds were super comfy. I found the activities such good value, $10 an hour for kyacks, go carts etc. We used these facilities so much. Our children (2 and 4) loved both pools and waterpark. It’s great that one pool is heated. Felt very safe and secure with the gated entry. The little coffee shop on site was great and the staff there were also super friendly. All in all, we can’t fault it and we can’t wait to come back on our next trip!

10/10 recommend for families with young kids. My 2 & 4yo had an absolute blast on the water park, waterslides, jumping pillow, park area. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful! We originally booked a Kirra cabin but got upgraded to a Fingal cabin!! It was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable! Cannot wait to spend some more time here on our next family holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at Big 4 Tweed Billabong Holiday Park . Our family reunion included 28 people, both adults and kids, and we stayed here over Easter from 2–7 April 2026. The facilities are excellentβ€”the playground, water park, and especially the billabong were perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The camp kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and made meal prep easy for such a large group. Equipment hire is very affordable, with stand-up paddleboards and pedal karts available for just $10 per hour, which the kids loved. The pickleball court was a real hit tooβ€”it’s free to use with a simple booking, which worked perfectly for our large group. A few downsides: the plane noise can be noticeable at times, there were midges around, and the park isn’t near the beach. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place for families and large groups. There’s plenty to do for all ages, and the facilities make it a fun and comfortable spot for a memorable holiday.

Big 4 Tweed Heads is one of our favourite get away locations. Our very active teen loves the water park, pool and jumping pillow, and thebillabong is great for the whole family to enjoy kayak & fishing. We get a cabin by the billabong and I love sitting on the screened deck having a break while watching the kids. The cabins and park are always well presented, and the pop-up food trucks are convenient. The location is also great for day trips - if you feel the need to leave the park.

One of the nicest caravan parks we’ve been to, with plenty of greenery and beautifully manicured sites. The views of the lake were amazing. The pools were beautiful and clean, and the large water park was a big hit. The camp kitchen and camp lounge had an upmarket, restaurant-style vibe. We absolutely loved the treehouse β€” at night it was all lit up and looked stunning. The food trucks in the afternoons were fantastic, with amazing food and very friendly owners. It was always a pleasure visiting them and a great bonus when we just wanted to relax instead of cooking. On the downside, the toilets were not kept very clean during the last few days of our stay and appeared to be cleaned only once in the morning, which wasn’t enough for a fully booked caravan park. Another negative was the cafΓ© inside the park next to the camp kitchen (Billabong CafΓ©). It was only open from 7am to 12pm, and unfortunately one staff member lacked basic customer service skills. A friendly smile and kind interaction in the morning can really make a difference, and this was disappointing. Overall we had a great holiday and we'd definitely come back
