We stayed in the "uptown apartments" for close to a week. First the good things: - excellent location, close to the main streets with all the restaurants, coffee shops and shopping strip's. Walking distance to Southbank. Botanic gardens just around the corner. Added bonus if you travel woth young children as close to several decent playgrounds to entertain the kids. - rooms insulation and sound proof appeared good as we were not able to hear any noise from the construction close by - quick check in and check out. They kindly looked after our lugage after check out and before our flight allowing us to have a meal and spend some more time around the areas of interest - the apartment appeared to have everything we needed for pleasant stay - lifts were quick and available without any issues throughout the stay - easy access to the pool, gym and common area - staff appeared friendly and helpful on approach Negative: - towels and linen are not replaced for 7 days. You will be provided extra towels if you ask ( free of cost) but you need to go to reception as the cleaning staff were unable to provide us with fresh towels. - no towels available at the pool area, you need to go to reception or bring your own - the pool area was freezing cold despite the pool considered as indoor type. Although the water was warm, there was a very cold breeze in the area that made staying outside the water unbearable. Cleanness of the pool was not the best. - The heater and dryer appeared as it had not been cleaned in a long time. The general cleanness of the apartment can be improved as well. - the main bedroom was in the middle of the apartment and had no access to a windows or a view despite having paid for apartment with a view. Overall it was a good experience mainly due to thr excellent location, nice front desk staff we encountered and general amenities provided.

The check in was quick and the staff were nice. The only problem was that the docking bays were constantly full so we had to find our own parking before we could properly enter their actual carpark. I feel like they could improve this such as by providing a QR code or passcode prior to arrival so guests can go straight in. The other downside is that the wifi speed is pretty bad so it is better to stick with 5G. Other than that the rooms were great with a nice view and they were clean and comfortable. It is a nicely run hotel in a convenient location.

Great location, nice apartment but the way ite managed made it just a place to lay your head and not much more to enjoy. We had a huge large apartment with impressive views. But for a 4 people stay at a 2 bed 2 bath apartment all we had was the minimum items to live on. A 3 seater couch and a 1 seater chair. Four chairs around a round table, in different colours. See pictures, its not as nice as it sounds. We were also promised and confirmed a carport prior to arriving only to be told that car parks were all booked out and we would have had to park at public car parks a couple of blocks away from the hotel at our own cost. Well thank goodness we only had a one night stay then...imagine if it was a multi day stay... We wont be coming back.

Absolutely loved our stay at CLLIX Brisbane! We were a family of four adults and the apartment was the perfect choice for our trip. The location was fantastic – conveniently situated close to the city, restaurants, shopping, and public transport, making it easy to explore Brisbane without needing a car. What impressed us most was the spaciousness of the apartment. Unlike a standard hotel room, it felt like a comfortable home away from home. There was plenty of room for all four of us to relax without feeling crowded, and the large windows brought in lots of natural light while offering lovely city views. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living area was generous in size, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals during our stay. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was also a huge bonus, especially for a family travelling for several days. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay at CLLIX Brisbane again on our next visit. For families or groups looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this property is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The location and service were superb. We had a great view from the 81st floor. The couch was a bit too low and deep for us older people. The dinner plates are much too large for the dish washer. There is a need for small light weight coffee tables and for a PowerPoint in bedroom two so that the bedside light can be plugged in. It’s not a luxury fit out in the apartment but it is very functional. And it is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning!
