Just returned home from a 2 night stay, staying in self contained cabin Pelican # 21. We were located directly across from the jumping pillow and swimming pool, giving a great point of supervision to our kids playing The Park has everything you need with a clean and friendly atmosphere. Direct access to the beach and a short drive to cafes and a small shopping centre with a coles and assorted shops. The reception has a little shop for icecreams etc to bribe the kids. The facilities are great with laundry and communal BBQ's and lots of benches around the park to sit and enjoy a meal. We will definitely be returning in the warmer months.

We just completed our first visit, a 7 night stay in a garden view cabin and we were exceptionally impressed. The Gardenview( green) and Oceanview (white) cabins have been renovated internally. Our cabin ( gardenview) had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large fridge/ freezer, kitchen amenities, complimentary tea/ coffee supplies, a washer/ dryer laundry closet, a basic but mighty outdoor kitchen with hot water sink. The balcony was huge, as were the outdoor setting, indoor sectional couch and dining table. It really was a home away from home. The location is great, nestled on the edge of Toowoon Bay beach. The Entrance, Shelley Beach and Bateau Bay were all within 5-8 minute drive. Check In was a breeze. We got our keys and pack information quickly. The map provided was handy to help us quickly orientate ourselves. Every interaction with staff was positive. We found all workers polite, helpful and welcoming. We were notified of key information via a park- wide text messages and all guests abided by park regulations regarding noise minimisation after hours. There were many caravan guests with dogs in the park, all of which were well behaved, quiet and cleaned up after. In terms of the natural surrounds, the roar of the ocean, along with a variety of native birds and bush turkeys in the coastal wetlands on the perimeter created a really tranquil space. Ocean views are available from many vantage points in the park and from memory thereβs approximately 5-6 walking tracks from the park down to the beach. A personal favourite was the lack of light pollution of an evening, meaning we were able to get some incredible views of the stars at night. Itβs exceptionally quiet and safe at night, we went for multiple walks each evening ( weather permitting) and people would regularly say hello or have a quick chat. For people caravaning and camping, thereβs multiple amenities blocks including private site amenities for selected spots. Theres a large indoor communal camp space with tv and bqq facilities. Thereβs a large pool and inflatable bouncing station called the amphitheatre. Overall, the facilities are well thought out, the room type we stayed in was wonderful and we had a spectacular time. Weβve since rebooked another 2 stays (this year and into 2027) because we so thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. Weβre looking forward to trying the oceanview cabins next time. If youβre still reading at this point, just book the holiday to Toowoon Bay! Itβs a great park and well worth every cent!

I had a powered site for 2 weeks, the park is immaculate, nobody could fault it. Amenities are new, laundry new and always clean, lots to do and pancake van on weekend, fisho fresh seafood van visits. Too much else to list, google it. My only concern was kids...mainly...riding ev scooters and bikes way too fast. One night a few raced around till 10pm, banging up and down gutters. Management nipped that in the bud quickly. Rules are to keep people safe and enjoy their time . E scooters and bikes are not allowed and is clearly stated in the welcome paperwork. Thats just a heads up, Management can't keep an eye on every individual. Oh yea, dog shiits, some owners don't pick up....i won't write my view on that topic. Staff are friendly and helpful, they seem to enjoy their work which shows. I can't comment on rooms or service didn't use them. Visit once, you'll go again. I'll be back next year.

Great location next to Toowoon Bay Beach and Shelley Beach with a short walk down dune paths or steps near either end of park. Large attractive park with plenty of cabins and sites. Very good amenities as well as jumping pillow and resort style pool. Would have given 5 stars but feel pool wasn't cleaned during our 4 day stay with lots of leaves and sand on the bottom of the pool. You also couldn't see last few pool steps so these may need some sort of paint to show step edges. Would also be nice to have the odd food truck on a weekday too rather than just weekend. Price is extremely reasonable compared to other local parks. We would definitely stay again.
