Katoomba Falls is a stunning cascade that brings the majestic Blue Mountains landscape to life with sound and motion. The falls tumble gracefully in segments down rugged cliffs into the lush Jamison Valley, creating an immersive natural spectacle. While beautiful from the main lookouts, the experience is enhanced by taking one of the scenic walking tracks that lead you closer to the rushing water and misty spray. It's a dynamic and refreshing contrast to the silent grandeur of the Three Sisters.

One of beautiful waterfalls and echo system.You get to view the falls from Scenic Park Skyway and you can also take a walk via the walking trail from the Echo Point which can take upto 1.5 hrs including return. Skyway view was excellent from the top giving a panoramic view. Since there was unlimited moves we traveled several times.

Beautiful Katoomba Falls Videoed from the scenic skyway cable car that goes across the valley at the Blue Mountains. You can ride the steep cable car train down the steep slope to the valley below - which is really fun! There are three positions you can put your seat in - laid-back, normal or steep for a more thrilling ride; and then walk to the bottom of the falls. Or you can travel on the newly built cable car that travels diagonally from the top cliff all the way down to the bottom cliff at the opposite end of the valley. The scenic boardwalk Is wooden with seating along the way to walk the long way around the rainforest. The bottom valley is absolutely beautiful and the views from above are just as beautiful and breathtaking. Scenic World is a perfect day out for the whole family - great for the kids too with a dinosaur display adventure walk in the bottom of the valley. You can buy an all day pass and have unlimited rides on all the cable cars. All three different cable cars leave from the same building with a café and gift shop. You can then travel just a few kilometers north to Echo Point Lookout to see the beautiful rock formation of the famous Three Sisters from multiple viewing platforms, the main platform is disability, friendly, and only a very short walk from the disability parking. They also have a beautiful gift shop as well.

As I followed the winding trail closer to the falls, I was captivated by the sheer power and beauty of the rushing water. I highly recommend wearing comfortable shoes to navigate the rocky paths and bringing a jacket, as the air can get quite brisk during cooler weather. It's important to stay on the designated trails to fully appreciate the environment and ensure safety. Katoomba Falls is not just a sight to behold; it’s an adventure that you won't want to miss!
