A fair distance along the board walk to get to the beach but worth it. Life guarded so you know you're safe. Lovely water and nice gentle swells during our visit anyway.

Love this beach, always walk south with my dogs and get away from the crowds. Lots of space to run and enjoy the beach. Can always park further down and cut through one of the bush tracks.

Wow what a wonderful place! As per the other reviews, the dogs and their owners are all so lovely and my boys had an amazing time! There is also a hose provided by the council to help wash your dog off at the showers near the beach. Plenty of shade under the jetty. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to take the dog for a leash free run along the beach. There is about 2km of dog beach from the sea wall. It does get very busy on weekends and parking can be difficult. I recommend going during the week and as it is a much more relaxed atmosphere. The puppers love it every time!
