Nice lookout. Great walking track that leads down to a swinging bridge. Next to a pretty good priced recreation reserve-rv-caravans. Book online. Great toilet and showers. Power and if you park near a tap you will have water as well. Nice and clean and quiet. We were here in May 2026.

Beautiful view! Sad we didn’t get to see it on a sunny day but it’s a great view regardless of the shoalhaven river and surrounding landscape. Ample parking and free camping spots available.

Absolutely stunning views from Hanging Rock Lookout. The scenery overlooking the river and surrounding hills is peaceful and breathtaking, especially with the dramatic clouds reflecting on the water. It’s a perfect spot to pause, take photos, and just enjoy nature. The lookout is easy to access and well worth the visit if you’re exploring the area. Highly recommended for a relaxing stop with beautiful panoramic views.

Bens walk is a nice wee bush walk along the river only about 20 mins. Starts at the small car park and takes you down the hill to the water and back up again about 200m from the carpark. Theres a longer route which i didnt habe the time to try.
