Teewah Beach camping area stretches 14 kilometres along the Cooloola Recreation Area in Great Sandy National Park on the Sunshine Coast. Zone 1 at the northern end features open campsites set behind foredunes with limited shade from coastal trees and shrubs. All campers must bring and use a portable toilet with sealed waste tank (required every night). 4WD access only; campfires prohibited. Permits are $7.75 per person per night or $31 per family.
