While visiting Hobart we thought to come out here with the kids. Absolutely great place for day out. Was not too bad on the price for family and you got more than just the skywalk. Coffee was good. Fire place going and friendly staff. It was a little far out of Geeveston than we thought however once reached it was worth it.

We had a fantastic day here, with only a small number of visitors around, making for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Even during the quieter season, the level of service was outstanding. From the warm welcome at reception to every staff member we encountered, everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great visit. We enjoyed the Skywalk, Huon Pine Walk, and the Hang Glider ride, all of which offered spectacular views and memorable experiences. The venue is also very dog-friendly, and our furry companion was made to feel just as welcome as we were. With stunning scenery, great food, excellent service, and unique attractions, this is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Tahune Skywalk last week on Thursday 11 June, 2026. As I’m in a wheelchair, I was surprised and super impressed that I could actually access the skywalk. Sharyn, the customer service representative was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were able to drive up to the start of the skywalk and enjoyed an hour of absolute bliss for the senses ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The views were spectacular and breathtaking. We felt very humbled to see the beauty of the Tahune Wilderness. It truly is an incredible experience. Following the skywalk, we had lunch at information centre cafe. We had the BLT toastie (which was the biggest toastie I have ever seen) It was delicious πŸ˜‹ We also had the burger πŸ” with chips and a homemade pie, which were also very generous sizes and also were delicious too. If you are visiting Tasmania, The Tahune Skywalk is definitely a must see place to visit and explore. Thank you for a wonderful day. Nerida and Robert Kingsford 17/06/26

Well worth the trip up. Was raining when we were there but still worth it. River running deep. Walk in the trees was high for me but ok. Great views. Do the glider if you want a thrill.. walks are easy and quite scenic along the river. Brace yourself for the couple of bridge walks across the river. Plenty of parking, cafe on site, toilets available. The museum had a great video of old timers and timber harvesting. Worth watching. The area has come back in 15 years since the fire in 2009.

This was the highlight of our 2 week 1200km trip in and around the south east of Tasmania. The Air Walk was spectacular which showed the devastation of the 2019 wild fires that swept through the valley, and the Huon Pine Walk was also fabulous. It was well sign posted with interesting facts about the ancient history of these incredible trees We even saw a black tiger snake on our path! Also the staff were so friendly and helpful. We suffer from bad knees and they quickly suggested we make use of the buggy to get to the beginning of the Air Walk. And then they came and picked us up to take us to the start of the Huon Pine Walk! Definitely a must see and worthy of 5 stars *****
