We stayed here for 3 nights from 29/06/2026 and it wasn’t crowded, most probably because school holidays hadn’t started yet. Very quiet & right on the beach. Check in was very easy and the amenities block was very clean, but dated. Prices were reasonable & pet friendly. The ‘van park has a viewing platform for those interested in watching the sunsets and the ‘van park has a good security fence.

Stayed here recently and honestly loved it! The park is in such a great location, right near the beach and close to town. The amenities were always really clean and well maintained, and the camp kitchen was one of the best we’ve used on our travels, heaps of space and great setup. Big bonus for us was how dog friendly the park is. Being able to walk straight onto the beach with our dog every morning was amazing and our little doggie absolutely loved it 🐾 The staff were all super friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the whole park had a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. Would definitely stay again when passing through Gero!

We stayed for 4 nights in our van. Unfortunately the weather turned very sour and we were unable to really enjoy the beach or the views. Sites are fine..some seem a bit bigger than others although we were worried about being parked right under a tree due to the extremely high winds. Laundry could do with an update as only one dryer in the one I used. Bathroom facilities are very clean and spacious and good hot water.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Pet Friendly Chalet over Easter. Although the accommodation was small, it was enough and the space was clean, tidy, comfortable and we were happy we could bring our dog. The beach was only a few steps away, couldn't have asked for a better location.
