A short drive from Gold Coast Airport. A wonderful place where waves meet the rocks. Some rock pools are there and people can swim in it, though exercise caution as waves are never all predictable

Snapper Rocks is an incredible spot on the southern Gold Coast, with stunning ocean views and a beautiful stretch of coastline that is perfect for photos and a relaxing walk by the water. The area is famous for its world-class surf break and the legendary Superbank, so watching the surfers carve along the waves is an experience in itself. The water is crystal clear, the beaches around Rainbow Bay and Coolangatta are gorgeous, and there are plenty of vantage points to just sit, unwind, and soak up the coastal atmosphere.
