Great hidden spot for families, just needs a few finishing touches Visited Simmos Beach today and it was a solid find. *Great for groups:* It’s a good spot to bring family, friends, or a larger group. Feels like one of those hidden gems that locals in Ingleburn and the nearby suburbs will appreciate once word gets around. *Kid-friendly:* There’s a kids’ play area, which made it easy to keep the little ones entertained while the adults relaxed. *Convenience:* Free parking was a big plus - no hassle finding a spot. *Work in progress:* Right now the seating areas and BBQ spots are still underway, so you’ll need to bring your own setup if you’re planning to stay a while and cook. No mobile network. Apart from that, the place is clean, open, and has good potential. Once the seating and BBQs are finished, it’ll be even better. Definitely worth checking out if you’re nearby.

Beautiful Riverside place for leisurely trail walk. Very quiet place with plenty of picnic spot for the family. Lots of parking.

We stopped in here on the way through, just wanted to show my kids where my parents had taken me as a kid. Honestly its quite nice if you wanted a cute little picnic lunch spot without the travel. The grouds and sand were clean when we visited, the water though is a very odd yellow colour. Im not sure if its always like that or why its yellow. We didn't swim we walked around the playground and bushland its nice an quiet with lovely views. There is a kids play ground and public restroom.

A beautiful little riverside gem, hidden out the back of Campbelltown. We took my cousins dogs (on leash) who had a wonderful arvo splashing in the water & snoozing under the tree while we had afternoon tea. 10/10. 5 stars. A truly gorgeous representation of our magnificent Australian backyard.

This place is so beautiful. We had no idea when we came here that a place this pretty existed at the back of Campbelltown. There's so many nice walks and the river is so pretty. It's dog friendly so we brought our dog for a walk with us. Can't wait to visit this place in summer and get in the water.
