This is a great country pub with fine food and cold drinks. There is seating indoors and outdoors - some of which is under cover. There are meat raffles and Joker Poker. You may catch live music on the right night. There is a theme of pigs in the decorations.it is well worth a visit. Don't forget the camp ground next door too.

Had a great 3day stay at the free camp. Good food great people but close to the go cart raceway so you need to be interested or tolerant of the noise if there is race on. They have a regular pig on a spit night so check ahead when it is on.

First night out on my 8 month road trip. Caught the 5pm barge from Stradbroke Island which meant a 6pm take off from Cleveland. I decided the few hours to Warwick was far enough for Day 1. After sussing out the camps in Warwick I decided I didnt want to be cheek to cheek with camp neighbours. What a find the Sandy Beach Pub was! A friendly welcome in the bar as I walked in with names exchanged as I took up my seat in the bar. As I had already eaten dinner just a beer was in order. The question about a camp area was met with friendly enthusiasm, yes I sure could camp there. A full tour was given to me by lovely Liz, with great information about the variety of birds and animals I would meet in the morning including a special treat, a newborn foal had arrived that very afternoon. Hot showers and a toilet are also available. Buy a meal or have a drink or two and the campsite is free of charge and beautifully set out with shady trees and lots of space. Highly recommend this lovely place. Will definitely be taking a driver survivor break at the Sandy Creek Pub camp area on my way home.

What a gem this place is! Itβs well worth the drive! I love the fun and humour, the history, and the community-feel. This pub should be cherished! Great seating options both inside the bistro, or outside in the sunshine. The fish and chips were huge!
