Free rest area within Yawuru Indigenous Protected Area on the Great Northern Highway east of Broome. Spacious gravel surface designed to accommodate large rigs and caravans with ample maneuvering room. No on-site facilities. Overnight stays permitted at no cost, serving as a convenient break location for highway travelers.

Great place to drop in and refresh. The staff are friendly. The establishment is clean. There's plenty of space out the back and in the bar area. You can buy humorous knick knacks in the shopping area. If you like trucks, out back there are road trains where you can chat with the drivers and see huge rigs.

A place we usually go for breakfast but thought we’d try lunch as in the mood for a burger. Ordered the “B Double” which is double patties, double bacon etc. Great flavour in the burger, loved it but be prepared to get messy, it’s more than a handful!! My partner got the Barra Burger, again very flavourful but we didn’t realise that doesn’t come with chips, so read the menu carefully as only a few are served with them. Luckily mine did and more than enough for two 👍🏼 Always had a good feed here, recommended ⭐️

One of our favourite spots on the road and we’ve been travelling for 6 years. The campsite is simple, amenities very well kept, the meals at the bar are delicious and massive, food came out very fast especially considering how busy it was. Beers ice cold on tap and the staff were so kind and happy. All in all a fantastic experience!

Lived in Broome for 16 years and always happy to go out for a feed. Just had lunch after 4 years away and delicious. Chilli Muscles and Garlic Bread highly recommended. Huge portion of very tasty muscles, and more garlic bread than you can finish 😋

A Kimberley legend, been coming here on and off for nearly 20yrs. One of the few places that’s got better. Spotless, well run, great staff, reasonably priced fuel and always top notch food. Cleaners are doing a great job here! Full bar with great selection. A lot of places like this in WA, wouldn’t try this hard, due to the fact a lot of customers is inevitable for them. But, they do try and it’s a bit of an oasis. Never stated but the sites look well maintained. Shop has great take away sandwiches etc and great merchandise.
