Stunning scenery and adequate facilities. Unfortunately Staff were a problem for our group. No Kiosk available the day our group of 30 arrived.(“we have a conference!”). Despite a booking 3 mths prior, dinners booked and paid for, were up to 2 hours late.(“our chef is doing his best”). Two of our committee were targeted with abuse after a tressle table was damaged. 3 medium sized ladies sat on the tressle, ( poor judgement on our behalf!) and it wobbled. A fee to repair was called for and paid but NO wooden tressle table was damaged to the tune of $200!! Hospitality is your business and staff need to lift their game and attitude.

A great place to stay with dogs swimming in the creek but it's a shame that one of the employees is rude. A vehicle drove past me and my dog at the reception at 40klm + in 10klm speed limit. I said to him when he walked past me 'don't the speed limits apply to employees' Then he said 'not to me they don't' If you think that this is acceptable then this is the place for you I won't be back

We paid over $700 for a cabin overlooking the river. Photos explain that this was false advertisement and a total rip off. Customer service on check out didn’t exist. Advertised opening hour is from 8am and we were treated poorly because the young girl decided it was going to be 8:30am today and then doesn’t apologise for her error when the sign indicates 8am, instead she was unfriendly, uncaring, almost rude. They definitely didn’t win awards for her service. We are locals looking for a nice country regular getaway, this will not be the place.

Lovely place to camp. The showers and toilets were clean and had plenty of hot water. Reception, cleaning and kiosk staff were lovely. There is limited phone service, which I like but some people don't. My only issue was that we were told to leave the main swimming area due to a wedding reception being held. It would have been nice to know this beforehand (either upon booking or checking in, not 10 minutes after we got in the water). When I pay for amenities, I expect to be able to use them.

Genuinely dog and family friendly. The owners and all staff were lovely and helpful in our interactions, even turning the fans on for us while we were playing indoor tennis. Kids loved the rapids. A great first experience camping with the kids - we even extended our stay a night.
