Was here in late March recently. Walked across from the pier opposite. The park has no garden but seems to be popular with the locals, many families, joggers and dog walkers were about. Had dinner at Rupert and Hound nearby so was able to see both the day and night time views around the pier

Good for the kids. It was a very chilly start - we had to be extra careful of all the black ice on the board walk to breakfast. Coffee + toast = warmth!! But yet, the kids still seemed to enjoy playing in the parkland and all of the rides that it offered.

I was impressed with the size of this playground and park with plenty of green area around. It very well maintained infrastructure with several play areas for larger crowds. Also 3-4 BBQ area around with 2 BBQ each and plenty of tables, benches and shade

Such a wholesome family friendly park perched alongside the Tamar River where kids can get in their incidental exercise climbing and exploring all of the fantastic towers, swings and slides. Lovely spot for a picnic. One of the best family parks around period!

Riverbend Park is a spacious and well-designed area, catering to children of all ages. There is a dedicated section for toddlers around 2 years old, as well as larger play areas for older kids. The highlight of the park is the tall slide, which requires some courage and strength to climb up before sliding down. It’s an exciting feature that adds an adventurous element to the park. There are plenty of activities and equipment for kids of different ages to enjoy, making it a versatile and fun destination for families. The park has ample parking, which is convenient for visitors. However, the toilets are very dirty, which is a significant drawback. Despite this, Riverbend Park is a great place for children to play and explore, offering a variety of engaging activities. Highly Recommend.
