We had a fantastic stay at Reflections Holiday Park Coffs Harbour, and a huge part of that was thanks to James. Unfortunately, I accidentally booked the wrong dates and even the wrong location through Wotif (I had booked Red Rock instead of Coffs Harbour!). When we arrived with no valid booking, James went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about finding a solution for our family. He spent so much time trying every possible avenue to help us correct the booking issue, and his calm, caring attitude made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier. His customer service was exceptional and a real reminder of how valuable genuine, helpful people are. Next time I'll definitely book directly! As for the accommodation, we stayed in a cabin as a family of four and found it clean, comfortable, and well equipped with a cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, and everything we needed for our stay. The location was also great, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it an easy base for exploring the area. Highly recommend staying here, not only for the facilities and location, but also because of the wonderful staff. Thank you, James, for your kindness and outstanding service.

This is a lovely caravan park in a central location on the river, near the cbd and beside the show ground. We were met by a very friendly face when we booked in which makes a world of difference. Yes, the road traffic from the highway was a little noisy earlier in the evening but it died down by 9pm. Many complaints are about the cabins that are nearer the main road, as is most of the parks in the area, don't let that determine your choice of caravan accommodation. We stayed on a powered site with the luxury of slabs. The price was reasonable compared to other parks. The amenities were clean and modern. The park is well maintained and very neat. It's a good little park.

On first sight it looked like you were staying at a show ground . We had only booked for a few days so we thought it would be ok . We ended up staying for roughly 3 weeks in the end . Amenities were spotless and overall the park very well maintained . we were there over Easter and it was still very quiet . Management and all staff were very friendly. Oval next door to let your dog run of leash ,Roughly 5 minutes away there is Boambee beach which is an off leash beach . And a you are able to drive on the beach with easy access to the beach . The park is close to most attractions . Recommended to go visit the sky peer .

Reading some of the reviews surprises me - the address for location clearly shows a major Australian highway - you want quiet go bush or go pay for a motel / hotel - camping grounds are meant to be filled with fun laughter noise and if that noise comes from children , traffic , dogs , sirens , whatever so what , the crows make more noise than anyone / thing π !!! sure they may benefit from a playground or sort , ( surely someone would find the negative in that too ) lots to do outside of the park also !!!! we stayed 3/4 nights had to cut short due to the weather up our way - amenities were great due to a large number of people using them , still found them clean and accessible , staff kept us well informed through the power outage , the rodeo and the markets were an added bonus with the sounds of good old fashioned country music , thanks to the Reflections team for making our 1st time to Coffs a memorable one πππGreat coffee at Palate and Ply and the Muttonbird Island was a highlight - big banana great for the kids and adults that know how to have fun - visit the waterfall way to see some stunning nature and the bee house was lovely as was the Holden car show - beaches are lovely could not find anything to fault

We had a great stay at Reflections Coffs Harbour Caravan Park and would happily stay here again. The park is well located, easy to get around, and close to everything we needed. The park staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to our overall experience. We had read comments about traffic noise before arriving, but honestly it was absolutely fine for us. We had no issues at all and it didnβt bother us in the slightest. The park itself is well laid out and has a relaxed, family friendly feel. As some constructive feedback, we would love to see the two grassed areas utilised a little better. A fenced off leash dog area or a small childrenβs bike track would be fantastic and would help keep scooters and bikes off the internal roads around the park. It would also be great to see food vans visit the park occasionally, as this would be a fun and convenient option for guests, especially families. The park could also benefit from a bit of a garden tidy up, as there were quite a few weeds in the garden beds. With a little extra attention, these areas could really enhance the overall look of the park. Overall, a lovely park with great potential and a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
