Red Beach stretches for eight kilometres along Bribie Island near Bongaree, offering calm, sheltered conditions and a dog-friendly environment where leashed dogs can swim and play. Dolphins are frequently spotted from the shore, particularly in early morning hours. The beach lacks on-site amenities but provides a tranquil setting for relaxation and wildlife observation.

Beautiful walks along Sandy beach. If the tide is out, you will see priceless gems along your walk- shells, jelly fish, sea slugs , star fish and other creatures of the sea.

Great place for a beach walk with your dog. The only issues might be a lack of drinking water and bins for rubbish. However, if you've been there before, you know to bring your own water and take your rubbish back to the carpark. Plan to be here for at least an hour, bring sunscreen and a hat for everyone and it can get pretty hot once sunrise occurs and REALLY IMPORTANT do not forget to check the tide times, otherwise you will all be walking back or both ways in water. Though it's never really deep at the top of the beach, but best to avoid as you don't know what you may be standing on.

Beautiful beach for a stroll. Lots of birds and wildlife to spot. We love taking our puppy for walks along the beach within the signed areas. Very clean and beautiful beach with Moreton Island in the near distance. The driftwood that lines the tree line is stunning. Great spot for landscape or bird photography.

Awesome very dog friendly beach and has off leash parts which is fantastic! Just be wary of the carpark after dark, I spoke to a guy tonight was waiting for police to arrive as his car had just been stolen as I left at 7pm.. when he rang to report his stolen ccar the police officer commented,"oh another one taken from Red Beach"..so daylight hours are probably best option..it's an amazing doggie beach none the less! ππ

Went here during summer. There is a short paved way to the beach surrounded by lush greens and lots of birds around. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, less people and chirping of birds. The beach looked nice. But the water didnt feel that good and there were sea weeds inside the beach water. So couldn't take longer dips. If you are looking for swimming or having nice beach bath, not a good option. But indeed a dog friendly beach. Comparatively lesser people in the beach. Most people come here with dogs. So if you have a pet its a good place for him/her.
