About Razorback Falls

A 25-metre two-tiered waterfall in Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, Razorback Falls is the main attraction of Commonwealth Creek and a serious off-track challenge for experienced bushwalkers. The falls can be combined with Myra Falls and the Hydrographers Hut for a full-day detour from the Overland Track, accessed via a rough miners trail marked with ribbons and requiring steep descent through scrubland before entering rainforest. Named by early explorer Stephen Spurling III, this remote cascade rewards adventurous visitors willing to navigate challenging terrain.
