Good van park with a lot of sites, some new ones with double concrete slabs. Getting around is a bit challenging with many one way roads. Good facilities though many items were not working - urinals, hot water stations. We had a good size site, not one of the new ones, with water and electricity easy to access.

The RAC Campsite in Esperance is one of our favorites in Australia. Everything is very clean and modern! It has a pool, a large kitchen area, plenty of restroom facilities, a nice playground, covered and heated common areasβ€”and it’s all right by the ocean with a view of the sea. The only thing is that the campsites could be just a little bigger. When we were there, the campground was very well booked. So it’s worth booking in advance. The town is within walking distance along the beautiful boardwalk. We highly recommend this campsite! We were there in November 2025.

My favourite WA caravan park. We stayed here for a week, with our 18 month old Spoodle. Customer service has been great. Lawns are beautifully maintained. The showers and toilets are all brand new & gorgeous. The games room is fun, which includes a huge tv. The camp kitchen in 5 stars and has everything you need. The bbq’s outside and maintained and spotless. The laundry is great especially as it’s winter, although the weather has been great and sunny. The park is huge and has so many sites for caravans, campers etc. The cabins look spotless and so pretty. The beach across the road is spotless and a great walk. Other states - you can use your RACV memberships just ring them although in winter you get the winter rates which is even cheaper. They have a heated swimming pool too.

Easily one of our favourite holiday parks. We stayed here in the first leg of our trip for a week & loved it so much we came back for another few nights on the way out. Stunning views from the beachfront sites & very new well kept bathrooms & outbuildings. Amazing service & easy to use check in/check out systems. Great value for $$ especially with the offseason specials or RAC memberships available. We will definitely be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve stayed in a lot of caravan parks over the years, and this one is definitely up there with the best. The layout is fantastic β€” the park is built across different levels, so many of the sites sit above or below each other, which gives a much greater sense of privacy than the usual β€œcaravan door-to-door caravan” setup you often get elsewhere. The gardens, trees, lawns, and overall landscaping are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everything feels green, spacious, and relaxing. It’s also obvious the park has had a lot of recent upgrades β€” the amenities and buildings are first class for a caravan park and presented beautifully. There are heaps of BBQ areas, a lovely pool, and excellent extra facilities including a dog wash, which is a great touch for travellers with pets. The whole park is very well laid out and the staff/service have been excellent throughout our stay. It’s also great to see they’re continually improving the park with new concrete slabs being added for sites. Some older sites still have the old shade cloth ground coverings which are looking a bit past their use-by date, but clearly they’re progressively upgrading these. The only small negative would be that one boundary of the park backs onto a fairly busy main road, so if your site is very close to that edge, road noise can be noticeable at times. That said, it certainly wasn’t anything catastrophic and wouldn’t stop us staying again. Overall, a really impressive caravan park that feels well cared for, modern, and genuinely enjoyable to stay in. We’d happily return.
