Loved RAC Busselton Caravan Park. 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely clean caravan park. maintenance and gardeners always working and listen to requests. Spacious sites with permanent mats. Showers are clean and modern. Laundry is great with 2 clothesline. It has shady trees throughout the park. It has an awesome kids bike tracks with tyres and whoops doos, great playground equipment, quarter basketball court, sandy volleyball court, 2 modern swimming pools, rec room with soccer machine, chess table and good indoor kitchen with lots of facilities, plus camp bbq areas. The ladies in reception lovely. Walking track next to park. Really impressed with park.

Fabulous park, very clean amenities and super excellent things for the kids to do and to play on. Top service and friendly staff. Located close to nowhere except the beach but it wasnt too far from Busso and it didnt matter anyway. Had an excellent weekend on a tidy caravan plot, my father stayed in a superb cabin. Recommend you give this one a try if you haven't already

We stayed in a one bedroom cabin which was perfect for our small family consisting of 2 adults, a toddler and a baby. There was plenty of room in the bedroom to set up the portacot and then there was a bunk bed in the hall way with a door separating it from the main living area. We found this a great little cabin that was warm and had a good layout given it's small size. Only thing I'd say is a deep clean is needed. While surface level, everything was clean, the wall by the toilet had brown marks on it around the toilet roll holder, the bathroom floor grout was thick with grime and all the window tracks were filled with dirt and the bathroom window sill had mold in the corners. Attention to these details would have made it a 5 star stay.

3rd year we had stayed at this lovely caravan park. Although there was a bit of mis communication regarding our site this year and we couldn’t get our repeat site. The sites we have been allocated were perfect. Fantastic kids activities, location to the beach and a quick ride to cafe and shops. Although there are some nasty reviews regarding Michelle we found her very approachable and engaging with our dogs and children. Showing them the new baby minion that had been born at the stop sign. Yes! there are noise restrictions after 10pm and yes! they are enforced. I would not like to have to be in the position to deal with the drunk, intimidating and rowdy people who do not respect these policies, Can’t wait for next years trip.. if you stay here be kind and respectful and you will have a wonderful time!

Absolutely awesome stay here at RAC Bussleton Holiday Park the past 3 nights! We stayed in a Queen Bed Studio that was exceptionally clean and well supplied. The cleaning staff should be commended on their attention to cleaning detail! Our room was impeccable! The grounds are well maintained with beautiful shady trees throughout! The 2 swimming pools are also meticulously maintained making our holiday experience so enjoyable! Michelle, Sheryl, Sara and Rebecca and the entire staff are friendly, personable and very professional! This park is a wonderful example of how holiday parks should be presented! Superb job! So much so that we have booked another visit in the coming months!
