Thankyou to Tim who was a superstar We arrived hoping there was an available site and hadn't booked, unfortunately there wasn't any available so waited in the carpark trying to Google other options, Tim came out 5 mins later to let us know there was a cancellation and he booked us on the site straight away, thankyou for helping us and your lovely customer service. Bathrooms here are always 10/10 super clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend

We stayed for 2 nights in Superior 2-bedroom cabin no. 39 in early June. The cabin was clean and spacious but looked old and in need of maintenance or renovation. The park looked clean and neat outside the cabins.

Good water pressure in shower, loverly staff every time, easy to navigate and find your site on internal roads. surrounding suburb is quiet and has decent foot paths to go for a end of day walk/run. Have stayed a number of times and will continue to stay into the future

Phoned a week in advance to pre arrange the logistics of a longer term stay (1mth) only to arrive and be told different information than discussed…. Male manager of the park was extremely rude and arrogant, not prepared to work with us on a solution and very unhelpful. The Lack of customer service skills and rude attitude suggests it’s maybe time to throw the towel in and find a new career path….. I would never recommend this park to anyone to stay even if you are desperate. There is nothing to promote but an overpriced park and arrogant manager who runs it… what a shame to the town of Karratha as you don’t have many options….

Very clean and tidy park and staff friendly. Pool area was great and given all the red dirt they did a good job of trying to keep shower and toilet areas clean! Could do with another playground as we have younger kids but for a place to stay when travelling the area worthwhile location and felt very safe
