Rooms are well set out for compact cabins. Plenty of power outlets, cooking facilities, although pans and kettle were old. Nice and clean. Shower average pressure, and tiny complimentary toiletries. Minor things really. Prime location, just a 10min walk to main strip of shops and cafes. Penguin Parade only a 10min drive. Communication was excellent.

We stayed 5 nights in the ibis cabin. It has one double bed, and two bunk beds. A small bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen has a microwave, stove top, kettle, toaster, and plates etc. It also has a TV and WiFi is available. The cabin is comfortable enough for a few nights stay and was a great base for our adventures on Phillip Island. Close to everything. Aircon was sufficient and the bed is fine. The bathroom is a little worn but okay for the price. Thanks for the great trip to Phillip Island!

Amazing park. Amenities were great Villas are very clean, modern and tidy and also lovely touches with a big rain shower head. The short walk to the beach is lovely Kids entertainment block. Even fun for us big kids Bunnies bouncing around the park Not far to the Penguins parade Overall a top spot and will definitely visit again.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. Our experience in Cabin #1 was the most unhygienic and disappointing stay we have ever encountered. **Key issues to be aware of:** * **Extreme Lack of Cleanliness:** The room was filthy. There was a thick, sticky brown substance on the chair that could not be wiped off. When I placed a towel on the sofa, it absorbed a dark yellow stain. The floor was consistently sticky, and the upper bunk was covered in a significant amount of long hair—it was clear the room had not been properly serviced. * **Deceptive Bedding:** We were provided with blankets in clear plastic bags labeled as "newly-washed." This is entirely misleading, as they were filled with loose particles, including twigs and sand. Even the bed itself was full of sand upon arrival. * **Misleading Advertising:** The room configuration we received did not match the photos on Trip.com. The layout was cramped, and the bathroom was far too small for functional use, with a sink measuring only roughly 20x15cm. * **Poor Accessibility:** The reception closes at 6:00 PM, which is highly impractical if you are planning to attend the nearby Penguin Parade or any evening activities. This cabin is not fit for paid accommodation. It failed to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene. Do not be deceived by the online photos—the reality of the room is truly shocking. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Amazing location and even better staff. Craig, a staff member took the time to help me park my van. It was cold, windy and raining, he took his time, was very patient and gave me great tips to help me in the future. Customer service like that went above and beyond and was so appreciated. Office staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful caravan ensuite sites, beautifully maintained. Right on the beach front, supberb location. I highly recommend this park.
