About Parklands Conservation Park

Parklands Conservation Park is located north-east of Nambour on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, accessible via the Parklands exit off the Bruce Highway approximately 4 km north of Nambour. The park features open eucalypt forest, rainforest gullies and gorges providing valuable wildlife habitat, with 15 km of shared trails for walkers, runners, horseriders and mountain-bike riders, plus 13 additional mountain-bike-only trails. The park was gazetted as a forest reserve in 2001 and became a conservation park in 2006, managed by the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service.
