Extremely happy with my stay at the overlander. I booked for two nights to drive the area and look around on my way north. ended up staying for three. perfect for a stop over or a little longer as everything you need is there. Great breakfast too. loved my eggs Benedict.

I travel through regularly and the staff are great, the toilets are clean and the shop has everything you’d need. The stand out? The mini sausage rolls! Don’t go the big ones, they’re a different recipe apparently. The mini ones are absolutely delicious - and I consider myself a connoisseur of homemade sausage rolls 😉. I always grab a few for lunch on the way and then take a cooler bag to get extras to take home with me to reheat and they’re still delicious. Do yourself a favour - even if it’s just for the sausage rolls - you won’t be disappointed.

Arrived with no expectations other than a no-frills roadside overnight camping spot & a fuel station. However we really enjoyed our night here. The whole site was clean, quiet and perfect for a starry night sky. We had a powered bay for a 7.5m motorhome, pretty close to clean toilet & shower facilities. Plenty of provisions in the shop and the food was good too! Had to deal with the flies but can’t score down for that as they’re everywhere in Australia! I would stay here again.

This is as good as a roadhouse can be. Clean toilets. Good range of snacks and lunch options and friendly service. Definitely worthwhile visiting to have a break. I am not sure whether it is a random occurrence but fuel was also cheaper compared to other nearby places such as Denham and Billabong.
