We only had a short stay at the NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park, but we were really impressed with what we saw. The park was clean, well-maintained and had a great relaxed atmosphere. The facilities looked fantastic, and itβs clear there is plenty to keep families and travellers entertained. Unfortunately, we just didnβt have enough time to properly explore the park or make the most of all the attractions and amenities on offer. The location is great and the staff were friendly and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time here and would happily return in the future, hopefully for a few extra nights so we can experience everything the park has to offer. Highly recommended if youβre visiting South West Rocks!

I enjoyed the stay. It was all about the kids that weekend. The park itself has plenty to keep the kids occupied and the staff were friendly. Sadly our dishwasher was broken, so it was dishes by hand. The water park kept my 3 occupied and we had a BBQ very close to our place. Always tidy and well kept public areas. I love the lost property cages located near the children's play areas and overall I was happy with the stay and will go again.

Probably 40yrs+ since I stayed in a caravan park. I was looking for affordable, no frills accommodation, with self catering facilities in the SWR area, for a short birding venture. As an NRMA member, thought I'd support the park and enjoy the discount. Location was good for me, but I only cared about proximity to my hikes. I originally booked a 1 bed cabin, but accepted the offer of a free upgrade to 2 bed. Gave me extra living room space and a second bedroom to store my luggage. My bed was comfortable, cooking facilities & utensils more than adequate. Loved the ceiling fans. HOWEVER, the location of this cabin was not at all suitable for a solo traveller - right in front of the children's water play area, which included periodic emptying/spraying of large water features and much screaming from excited youngsters. I hate to think what it would be like in the summer!

Hands down the best park weβve been to. The Freshwater Villa (number 28) was in the perfect spot. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the plentiful supply of laundry powder, dishwasher powder, garbage bags and cleaning supplies. Makes it easy to keep things clean and fresh. The gardens and surrounds exceptionally tidy and cared for. The waterpark was great. Mini golf awesome, games room with air hockey, pool table and table tennis provided great afternoon fun. Friendly staff. Great location and short drive to beaches and local shops and cafes. Highly recommend. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Camped for a week there over Christmas on an unpowered site. It was right next to a creek however we didn't have any problems with mozzies. We did see goannas and friendly kangaroos pass through. The park overall is great for kids, the water park/pool area was perfect for my 4 and 6 year old to just go up and down the pirate ship and slides. Jumping pillow and park were equally good, all kept tidy and under cover too! I didn't like that the pedal buggys were an extra charge, should be included. The kids activity room was good for the youngest ones (under 5), and overall layout was good, although another family room on the other toilet block would be good. A camp kitchen just next to us was fantastic, sink, kettle and bbq were handy . This particular unpowered area looked like just an extra area they haven't actually done much work with so there was no grass, dirty sand instead, not ideal. But the biggest disappointment and reason I did 4 stars is because we had a day of rain and some decent downpours, well a large body of water started making its way straight into our campsite, to mitigate this we used some tools to dig a trench to divert water away, otherwise we would of had a very soggy campsite. Would I recommend? Yes, just confirm what unpowered spot your in, say no if its any of the following - 229,231,232,234.
