We were the only people there with a few over night campers. So how can I complain! Facilities were clean. The kitchen and lounge area were very accommodating. Beautiful food choices in the area. Kind service at the front desk. This is in the middle of winter so it was nice to experience port Campbell more intimately. Look outs and hikes near by also.

We had a bit of an unexpected situation come up during our stay, and honestly, the way the team here handled it made all the difference. When we suddenly needed to extend our stay at very short notice (and were quite stressed out, to be honest), Julie and Bethany were so understanding and compassionate. They didn't make us feel like a burden at all — just calm, kind, and quick to sort things out for us. In a tight, stressful situation, that kind of warmth means everything. Port Campbell itself is gorgeous — that beach, the sound of the waves right there, just so peaceful. A perfect little escape, made even better by the people who run this place. Thank you so much, Julie and team! 🙏

A well looked after park with good facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and although there was no microwave in the studio rooms, the camp kitchen was literally 30 seconds away, so not an issue. The lady at reception/check in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Oh, and lots and lots of bunnies!!!

Perfect location and really helpful staff. The team handled things well and offered us either a refund or a room swap when we had an issue, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cabins do need some work. Our first cabin had mould, so we chose to move. The second cabin was fine, but overall the accommodation could definitely use an update. It sounds like the site is under new management, so hopefully a revamp is on the way—because the location has so many potential.

Fairly well equipped caravan park. New owners seem keen to update services here. Good recreation room and camp kitchen with BBQ and good cooking facilities. The showers are very temperamental. Smart TV in recreation room so make sure you have young children with you to work out how to use it. We didn't. No pool here but the beach is so close.
