We stayed on a powered slab site for 12 days in June/July. The park is in a great location. The staff are lovely, always working and always happy. The cafe/bar is great with live music every Sunday! Unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. We paid $100 per night to stay here and were very disappointed with the amenities. There are not enough toilets for the amount of people staying there. To make matters worse, one of the ladies toilets and the men’s urinal was ‘out of service’ our entire stay. The biggest issue though is that the dump point kept overflowing. This is simply not good enough, we are traveling Australia and have therefore used a lot of dump points and not one has had this issue. When speaking to reception the staff advised that this was due to people putting nappies in there but who on earth would put a happy in a dump point? Not to mention the fact that majority of guests are back packers or over the age of 60!! The park needs to have a septic truck come out and empty the tank, simple as that, no plumber can fix the real issue at hand. They even had the gall to leave a plunger by the dump point expecting guests to have to plunge it themselves - unacceptable!! We will now avoid using NRMA in the future because this was a very disappointing situation for $100 a night!

We stayed 3 nights on a powered slab site. We thought the park was a bit short on toilet facilities for the size of the park. Dump point malfunctioned during our visit - this seems to be a recurring problem based on other reviews. Was soon back working though. From what we observed and experienced many sites are very difficult to actually get your rig into - very cramped. You are relying on other guests around you to move vehicles and assist you to get in. Van next to us also had an issue getting out - once again relying on person across the road to move vehicle. Just too many sites jammed into the space. Park would do well to address this issue - perhaps a small tractor to move vans onto and off sites. Some parks do have these and they are great. Park is near shops and fuel so that was a bonus. Good amount of shade.

The studio room was small and compact but perfect for our needs for one night. The A/C was not working well and could use an upgrade. The water was hot and pressure was good in the shower. In all we were happy with the room.

I stayed here for two nights and also booked a tour through the company. Overall, the stay was okay, but I feel the business is growing so quickly that some important aspects have not kept up. To start with the positives, the staff responded to emails quickly, which was very helpful, and there is also an option for late check-in, which makes arrival more convenient for travellers. However, the booking system seems to be designed primarily for Australian residents, which creates unnecessary difficulties for international travellers. This feels like something that could be improved quite easily. I was also disappointed by the lack of flexibility regarding basic facilities. After staying for two nights and spending money on a tour, I was told I could not use a shower after checkout unless I was still a current guest. What made this even more frustrating was that I offered to pay for the use of the shower, but this was still not allowed. For a tourism-focused business that hosts many travellers, this felt unnecessarily restrictive and not very customer-friendly. The accommodation itself was acceptable, but considering the large number of guests staying here, I expected a better overall experience and a bit more attention to customer service. It was messy. I hope these points are taken as constructive feedback, as there is definitely potential for improvement.

Mixed feelings... Good park on a whole. We had a great spot in the unpowered sites but it's 50/50 if it'll be good or bad. Facilities were decent except for the kitchen - absolutely terrible. If you don't have your own cooking setup, stay somewhere else. 1 fridge and 1 sink for the ENTIRE campground. And it obviously got gross pretty quick. Not a bad stay but I'd definitely stay elsewhere.
