About North Ledge

North Ledge is a picnic spot in Beelu National Park that overlooks Helena Valley and the iconic Mundaring Weir. The lookout features picnic tables and barbecues beneath Wandoo trees, public toilets, and a 15-minute loop walking trail offering panoramic views over Helena Reservoir. Spring is the ideal season to visit for wildflower displays around the granite rocks, with excellent opportunities for bushwalking, wildlife observation and fungi spotting. The Whadjuk people are recognized as traditional owners of the park.
