Location is great. Caravan pitch sizes are good. The pool was incredibly cold (to the point I didnβt see an adult dare get in). The staff were excellent. The pizzas from the restaurant were nice, and the ice cream was outstanding. The laundry was shocking!! Only 2 washing machines available at the nearest laundromat (50%). Only 1 drying machine working (30% availability). When compared to the amount of families this area served, this was a significant impact (this is winter). The communal bin area overflowed with seagulls having a better holiday than some holiday makers. Overall, our stay was not a disaster by any means, but a lack of maintenance and attention to basics left us with a doubt that we would βspend good money to stay there againβ. Next visit, we will go to RAC campsite.

Been here twice now, and both times were great! First time was in February (first photos), and it was HOT! I spent a lot of time at the pool which was so nice! Everything was shut from Christmas holidays still so there was no cafe or restaurant. Emus and lots of birds so pack away any food! They will get in the packets or boxes. Very hot to sleep at night! Be prepared with fans and wet towels if you go summer time. It was cyclone season and of corse one came through and we moved into a villa house as all sites were evacuated. There was confusion at the end of our stay about having to pay extra for the house when the ladyβs going around said they would be happy to move us into a house.- no mention of cost- but after a while of conversation back and forth on departure, they didnβt charge us. Second time was June, busy period in Exmouth! It was cold and windy lol. Expect to be woken up early morning from people leaving, but thatβs the life of busy caravan parks lol. Lots of kids and expect people to be walking through your site. Powered sites were still good after the cyclone that came through recently, the pool has no shade due to the damage, but it isnβt a heated pool so I didnβt go in it. Cafe and restaurant were open, I didnβt try but it looked busy when it was open so I would recommend booking. Lots of shower/ toilet blocks so thatβs good. Only couple laundry blocks and the washers were down in one block so the other block had lines around it. There is a laundry in town near IGA so that is an option too. The communal area is clean and big! Fridges that people can use if you label your food. Ovens, kettles and 1 microwave. It does get busy and my sister said people were keeping her up at 10pm if youβre on camp sites near the communal area. Overall it is a good caravan park and would recommend.

Mixed Experience β Great staff, but essential amenities need attention Rating: 2.5/5 Weβve visited this caravan park for years and generally appreciate the friendly, helpful staff. However, there are some ongoing issues that significantly impact the quality of the stay. A key problem is the lack of reliable amenities: the laundry area has limited or non-working dryers, and the central toilet block is currently out of service with no clear timeline for restoration. While upgrades and plans for a pool and additional amenities are mentioned, they donβt address the immediate needs that affect guests daily. What could improve things: A transparent, published timeline for bringing essential facilities (laundry, toilets, showers) back online. Interim solutions to maintain basic services (e.g., temporary facilities or scheduled maintenance for dryers). Clear point of contact for facility updates and an ongoing guest feedback channel. Prioritizing essential amenities before embarking on major upgrades to ensure guests receive value for premium pricing. Park staff are kind and helpful, and management reviews and improvements would greatly enhance the overall experience. There are plans for upgrades, which is encouraging if executed with attention to current guest needs. The park has potential and a receptive team, but reliability of essential amenities is currently lacking. I hope management implements a concrete restoration plan and keeps guests informed.

Seamless check-in. Friendly staff. We booked a 2-bedroom park room but was upgraded to one of the new fancy villas due to cyclone damage. Beds were comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Airconditioning in every room. Good water pressure. Amazing stay! The only improvement I would like to strongly suggest is oiling all them door hinges because those bad boys woke the dead everytime someone got up in the middle of the night to use the toilet! π€£ Located in the middle of town. Easy access in and out of town and to shops (by car). The foldable laundry line was good to have inside the house as it gets windy there!

A massive thank you to Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Resort (NCHR) reception and management for making our stay enjoyable. There were three groups of us staying together at NCHR. Our accomodation was able to upgraded due to damage sustained by Cyclone Narelle to the verandah of our original accomodation. We were incredibly impressed with reception and management to provide an upgrade for us. It made such a difference to our 7 day holiday in Exmouth. We highly recommend NCHR to anyone staying in Exmouth.
