Murray Falls, located in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Wet Tropics of Girramay National Park, is a cascade waterfall descending 20-30 metres on the Murray River approximately 38 kilometres southwest of Tully. Situated off the Bruce Highway between Tully and Cardwell in Queensland's Far North, this scenic destination attracts approximately 31,500 visitors annually. A short walking track through the rainforest leads to a lookout with views of the falls and Murray Valley, while facilities include barbeque, carpark, picnic area, and public toilets for visitor convenience. Activities available include birdwatching, camping, swimming, and walks through the tropical rainforest setting.
