We stayed recently on a powered site on our way home from the South East. While the park itself was great, quiet with nice large grassed site, and amenities were spacious and spotless I initially almost gave up on making a booking over the phone. It seems that they have recently introduced an AI bot on the phones and I'm sorry but it was almost a deal breaker. I am quite tech savvy but this experience really put me off and I very nearly gave up and would have gone to Mannum instead had it not been for wanting to visit family in Murray Bridge. It could not get my name or email correct, didn't ask for my member number and couldn't process a voucher which at least got me through to the operator. It took way longer than it needed to and the fake typing noises really ticked me off. I mean we both knew this thing was fake so why bother! Then on the day of arrival I needed to return a call to the park and it took three tries bdfore I could get the bot to understand I needed to speak to a person. I highly recommend that they lose the AI bot or they'll lose bookings. While the staff I eventually dealt with were lovely the AI bot experience was dreadful. I'd rather leave a phone message or just go elsewhere than deal with that again. Maybe give people the option to opt out of just don't bother with it at all. It is also very dark at night in the area we were in as there was only one working light a long way from where we were placed. Luckily we travel with a torch but this is something that needs attention.

I was tempted to give a lower rating in the hopes of keeping this lovely spot from booking out for our future stays but that wouldn’t be fair to the people who have obviously taken great care and effort to build this beautiful accommodation! We stayed comfortably as a family of four in the parks new glamping sites and had a wonderful experience. The perfect spot to take in the view, and to watch the kids on the jumping pillow from the deck, the tents themselves were so well thought out and clean, my four year old thought the cubby bed was the coolest thing ever and we were able to stay cozy and warm despite the cold weather! My only suggestion would be to provide a step stool for the kids beds as they are quite high off the ground for younger kids. I can’t wait to return once the pool and other works are complete!

Review of our stay, Cabin 3, in 7/3/26 out 9/3/26, Big 4 Murray Bridge Riverfront as follows; Reception Ladies were very helpful with our WiFi connection, Very comfortable bed, Air con works well, Laundry facilities are good, Issues with lack of hot water, spoke to Manager and they are working on it, update no hot water on Sunday and Monday morning when we left, long weekend what happened did you run out of gas ?? communal bathroom available but we paid for private facilities., Wi-Fi drops in and out, Exhaust fan/light over cook top not working, Security screen door does not lock, Flyscreen on screen door and a window flyscreen in the second bedroom have holes in them and need replacing, Windows / screens need cleaning, Cabin internal walls / floors could do with a washing down, they are dirty, Two seater lounge is also dirty and should be replaced, Would be handy to have a cooktop instruction list, TV reception on Channels 9 cuts in and out, Chanel 10 is non-existent, we like to watch both channels , Sink in bathroom appears may be partially blocked, water is slow to drain, also plug does not work, Front outside downpipe western side is detached from stormwater pipe. We have emailed the property 3 weeks ago re our review and to date have not received any response, we would not stay at this park again.

We booked a powered caravan site, it was so nice to have green grass rather then dirt or gravel, such a great idea. Sites are generously sized too. Booking was easy online, and after hours check-in super easy. Very clean park, lots of action in the park with new facilities for the kids - pump track, pool, basketball court area, even a blow up outdoor screen for movie night. Facilities were very clean and easily accessible. Great stay, highly recommend.

We stayed on the “Little Miss” moored house boat and it was fantastic!!! The location is fantastic. We were right on the water and enjoyed the view, the birds and resident swans! The staff are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! The facilities on the boat were perfect! We used the bbq on the deck every night, and played board games we had with us at night to relax!
