Another perfect location for a holiday park....right opposite beautiful Mudjimba Beach. We had a caravan and opted for a powered site, and fortunately as they were pretty quiet (May) our friends were able to park up right next to us. Immaculate showers/toilets and good size sites. Easy access to power and water too which is not always the way. The only downfall was the washing machines up at washer 3 area do not work as there is no WIFI to that area. But there are no signs to say this. A walk back to reception to be told no they don't work because of the wifi. Not sure why they would not put a courtesy sign on the washing machines....bit frustrating. That was the only gripe, otherwise first class and recommended.

01/05/2026. I don't usually leave a review, but I had to for other prospective visitors . Even though the park is lovely, nice and clean, and well maintained, and the staff were lovely, which is more than I can say about this woman. The woman in reception needs an attitude adjustment. I arrived early at 10.40 am and parked on the street outside. I went to reception to ask about the code and I hadn't received it as yet and what was the process. I told the woman, that I realise I am early and not wanting to book in that I was just enquire about the code, an that I hadn't received it as yet I was very polite, and well mannered, not like the woman I encountered. There will two women there, a nice young lady who didn't say anything. I think the one I am talking about, was wearing glasses glasses was quite rude and didn't even listen to me. All she said , you don't get you code until 11 o'clock and if you try to come in you will get turned away. I was taken back, I was so discussed with her attitude. I said to my partner that we should book in elsewhere. If it wasn't a long weekend we would have had. I was talking to another lady who said she had encountered the same woman saying she wasn't very pleasant. I noticed in past reviews that visitors had problems with reception staff and their attitudes. I had read all the reviews prior to booking.

We stayed over the Easter weekend. I had booked and paid for an advertised grassed site. On arrival I was disappointed to realise our site allocated was a dirt patch and with the rain over the weekend a mud patch. On day 1 I spoke with the receptionist regarding moving sites to a grassed site. I was replied with a no as there is no other sites available as our loyal customers had already booked. I was not happy and she said she would send the grounds keeper over to see if he could do something. He never came. I met the groundskeeper in passing and explained the situation he seemed to be aware but never came to our site he mention they shouldnβt be advertising these dirt sites as grassed sites I was definitely in agreement with frustration. During and after our stay there has been no offer for reduced/discounted rate. We paid Easter fees for a grassed area with no grass just a dirt patch. Additionally when originally booking a site months before I was told we couldnβt reserve a particular but it seems the loyal customers can reserve a site. So very very unfair and disappointing.

Campervan site, 2 nights for $130 puts it on the pricey side but the campsite is well placed with easy access to the beach (great for walking when the tide is out). The amenities looked to be quite new and were clean ever time I went into them. Good showers. I was surprised to see a note on the pool that it closed at 5pm, but I saw people using it at 6pm so I guess it was not enforced. Good outdoor kitchen area. Large washing machines that you need to pay using an app ($6/wash). This was OK once we got used to it. Well kept washing lines. There are a few restaurants in easy walking distance.

Stayed two nights on a powered site. Plenty of space and drive through site. Not all are drive through, but the big van sites appear to be. Very quiet, and dog friendly, with a section which is dog free. Big, clean amenities. Close to coffee shops, eateries. Very close beach and off leash dog beach and river 2-3km away.
