Located between the heritage-listed Little Crystal Creek bridge and Paluma Village within Paluma Range National Park, Mountain Creek features cascading waterfalls and small mountain falls accessible via rainforest trails. The medium-to-hard graded walk spans 4 kilometres one-way through shaded rainforest terrain with elevation gains reaching approximately 950 metres. The relatively sheltered walk through dense vegetation provides consistent protection from direct sun exposure.
