Kathy was so lovely to deal with! She booked me in over the phone and we ended up laughing because I managed to confuse myself while spelling my own name! When I arrived, she was just as friendly in person. She has such a warm personality and her customer service throughout the whole night was outstanding. We ❤️ Kathy!!!!!!

We had dinner here the five of us for my birthday. My niece had a pie which was dry with the smallest serving of chips. I’ve ever seen. My sister had a cheeseburger flavourless with not even a small packet of fries from McDonald’s. My daughter had nuggets that were very average. I also had lamb shanks that were flavourless did fall off the bone but had no flavour at all served with rock hard vegetables. My other daughter had a steak sandwich with uncooked bread and tasted like nail polish. Ladies were kind, but food was terrible definitely won’t be back

I came in last night (it was a Wednesday) dinner was fabulous, so good best Parma in GIPPSLAND. I was served by Alice she was fantastic, awesome customer service, couldn’t ask for anyone better! We will definitely be back!!

Had a lovely meal at the Top Pub for lunch. Service from Alice was great - prompt, friendly and efficient. The meal was tasty and well presented. I had a steak sandwich which was tender and tasty. Wendy had a Chicken Caesar wrap which was delicious. Great value!

Fantastic and friendly staff that were very accommodating to our early arrival. Rooms were renovated, comfortable and clean and the meals at the bistro were great and good value for money. Definitely recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back soon. Gines and Olga - stayed May 24th 2026
