Amazing location, viewing the dolphins and turtles in the wild like this was a unique experience. Loved our time here, however found the early morning dolphin feeding experience underwhelming and heavily regulated to the point of being annoyingly boring. Seeing the dolphins throughout the day chasing fish or relaxing as they swim by was far more rewarding. Resort was a lovely place to unwind. Be aware all caravan sites are shell grit so best to have ground covering in place. Highly recommended for unforgettable experience.

Great stay at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. Perfect location right on the beach with amazing views and easy access to the dolphins in the morning. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The whole area is peaceful and beautiful, a unique experience in Western Australia. The resort also has a warm heated pool, which is great for a relaxing swim even on cooler days or before sunset. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shark Bay or Monkey Mia.

Our recent 3 night stay at Monkey Mia Resort. Reception was big fresh and clean, staff were welcoming. Gift shop was well stocked and we picked up a few souvenirs. Amenities were clean and new and the camp kitchen looked well appointmented. We had a beautiful anniversary dinner at Boughshed on the Sunday night. My wife had the fish and it was cooked just right and my fish curry was full of seafood and I almost licked the bowl. We were able to chat to the staff the day before and got a great seat to watch one of your amazing sunsets. We had drinks and a snack at the Monkey Bar to watch another Fabulous sunset and watch the dolphins frolic on the shore. On our last night we decided to indulge our waistlines and have a pizza at the Monkey Bar and watch another superb sunset. This is where our wonderful experience ends. The pizza was terrible, I'm sure the base was from a frozen packet, I think MaCann's would have been better, as it was just like cardboard and the slabs of chicken on top was just at dry and the lack of any sauce made it hard to swallow. We ended up throwing β…” in the bin. Totally understand the limitations of a small kitchen but if you can't make some half decent don't bother. Had a really great time there but unfortunately "pizza" will leave a bad taste in our mouths about the stay, sorry for the pun.

Amazing location with stunning crystal clear water. Dolphin experience was fantastic and very informative - the kids loved it. Saw lots of turtles, fish, dolphins (that swam right up to us and underneath our kayaks) and wondering emus. Lovely pool and great kids activities/playground. We stayed in our caravan. Toilets & showers were tidy and clean, however getting tired (men’s especially). Limited amount of washing machines and dryers for the amount of guests, so there was a continuous wait for them. The boughshed cafe was overpriced for the quality of food. Both meals (dinner and lunch) we had here were disappointing. During the lunch time period Staff were very slow with removing dirty plates off tables (which were attracting birds & bird poo), and we had to ask on both visits to have our table wiped down that had food and bird poo on it - the cafe was not busy at the time. The bar had fabulous seating that looked out over the ocean - great spot for a wine. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location is absolutely gorgeous, educational dolphin show in the morning where we saw 6 dolphins and learnt about them and the region. Grasses unpowered camp site was perfect for us in a campervan and with our dog who could relax on the cool grass. Amenities were great, laundry and clothes lines, showers were hot and great pressure. Hired paddleboards and had a great time down on the beach and watched a spectacular sunset. Will definitely be back, highly recommend!
