Beautiful waterfalls and swimming hole but a bit too touristy. Heaps of people around unfortunately but that's expected. Definitely some better waterfalls in the area where you will find 0 people, but one of the better ones that has 0 walking involved.

Absolutely stunning waterfall. The most beautiful I have seen in all of Australia. Space to swim in the pool and river at the bottom of the Falls. There are carpark facilities and toilets. If you're a waterfall lover then this should be at the top of your list to visit!

Went on a rainy day, so there was no one there. Great place to visit when you're in Cairns. Compost toilets are available, but they're full of flies, so not ideal.

We visited Millaa Millaa Falls and it was absolutely breathtaking. The waterfall is stunning, with crystal-clear water cascading beautifully into a peaceful swimming hole. Surrounded by lush rainforest, it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s easy to access and the perfect spot for a refreshing swim or simply to relax and take in the natural beauty. Definitely a must-visit if you’re exploring the Atherton Tablelands!

Lovely Milla Milla Falls, a beautiful and refreshing swimming hole with a medium size waterfall in the scenic rainforest of Atherton Tablelands surrounds (North of Cairns). Be mindful on the rocks as you enter the water and keep an eye out for the odd leech. There is close parking and a viewing area near the carpark, for those who don't wish to get too close to the edge.
