We recently stayed in our caravan with an ensuite at the Mandalay with two of our grandsons. Once again it was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The grounds and amenities were so clean and the gardens are just gorgeous. All staff are so kind, friendly and so obliging. We love this park and it’s one of the boys favourite places to go on school holidays. We will definitely return as the boys have already asked if we will take them back 💕

Our family stayed at an ensuite camper trailer site from last Saturday until today. We had been wanting to stay here for a while, and this trip exceeded all our expectations. We’re already planning to come back! As soon as we arrived, a staff member followed our car and helped us park our camper trailer, which was an amazing first-time experience for us. The pool was fantastic, and having a lifeguard at the water slide made us feel so safe letting the kids play. Every facility was well-maintained, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly. The only minor downside was that late checkout wasn’t available. Since we travel with a camper trailer, packing up takes quite a bit of time. At most other resorts, they are usually accommodating and allow a late checkout, or just charge a small extra fee. We had inquired about this via email beforehand and knew it wasn't possible here. With rain in the forecast for tomorrow (our original checkout day), we knew packing would take much longer in the wet weather. So, we decided to pack up and check out this afternoon while the weather was still good. It was a shame because we really wanted to stay until tomorrow and enjoy the resort longer, but we thought it was better to leave early than to struggle with the checkout time in the rain. Next time, during a better weather season, we hope to stay for our full booking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Mandalay Holiday Resort! We stayed in our caravan while our sons and their families stayed in the cabins, and everything was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were spotless every time we used them, which was really appreciated. The biggest highlight was the amazing play areas for the kids. Our grandsons, aged 4, 3 and 2, absolutely loved the jumping pillow, playgrounds and all the activities. There was so much for them to do that they were entertained for hours every day. The resort is beautifully maintained and has a wonderful family atmosphere. We made some fantastic memories together and can’t wait to come back. We couldn’t recommend Mandalay Holiday Resort highly enough for families with young children!

We stayed at Mandalay for my husband’s birthday, and from booking to arrival, everything was incredibly easy and stress-free. We booked an ensuite camping site and absolutely loved it, having our own bathroom made such a difference, especially with a toddler, rather than needing to walk to the shared amenities. The pools (yes, there’s more than one!) were beautifully maintained and perfect for kids of all ages. Such a fantastic family-friendly setup. A lovely surprise was that the ensuite even included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, such a thoughtful touch that we weren’t expecting. We had a wonderful stay and already can’t wait to come back again soon. EDIT: Forgot to add my son absolutely loved watching the work being done around the site we spent many hours just sitting on the ground watching the diggers working incredibly hard.

Our first time staying here (2 kids, age 5 and 7) and we all had a wonderful time! The kids absolutely loved everything about this park and are already asking when we are going back. The amenities are top notch, and very clean and we felt extremely safe here. Sites are extremely well maintained and spacious. Staff are always visible and helpful and friendly. We can’t wait to visit again!
