Serene and easy to walk hill for all ages. You get a clear view of the Tasman bridge and what happened in 1975. My salute to Tasmanians for their resilience 🙏.

A lookout with amazing views. It is an easy drive up to the lookout and there is plenty of parking. The only downside is the tree that covers part of the view, so you need to move around a little to find the best unrestricted angle. A small raised platform would make a big difference, as it would lift the viewpoint above the tree line. The lookout gives a splendid view of Hobart, the Tasman Bridge and Mt Wellington. There is also the Rosny Hill Circuit Track, which loops around the perimeter of Rosny Hill. A link track from the lookout connects directly to the circuit. If you are in the area this is a short detour that is worth it.
