A beautiful spot to view up and down the coastline and islands. Have been told can see whales here during whale season however we didn't see any. The view was spectacular and there were plenty of spots to sit and take in the view. Just beautiful!

Great lookout nice views. Can see whales at the right time of year. Parking is easy but obviously would be extremely busy when the whales are about.. but beautiful part of the world. Fishing can be done from the rocks and beaches. Can see 240° from the lookout. Won't be disappointed. Brad

It's a fair drive out to this from where we were staying but so beautiful. Love that we could look in the binoculars for free!!! And see the big coal ships waiting for coal. Whale season would be beautiful up there love that you can sit in the undercover and just watch the ocean

Great views up and down Mackay coast. Brilliant spot to watch the whales during whale season. There is shade, but it's back from the edge a bit. Limited parking, but not a hard walk up from the bottom car park.
