We recently booked a powered caravan site for four nights at Lakeside Forster Caravan Park. The park was very quiet and in a lovely location right on the lake. It is approximately a 5 minute drive into Foster which suited us. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The amenities were clean and tidy. We would stay here again.

The Krusin Kombis team had an absolute blast staying at Lakeside Forster! We brought our vintage Kombis along for a wedding and the park was the perfect host — beautiful grounds, great facilities, top notch all round. The location being by the lake is fantastic, but it lacks basic facilities especially for kids. The playground and the pool are very small and mainly suitable for toddlers, which limits it's appeal for older children. There are also no simple additions like a trampoline, community hall or other engaging activities, making it hard to stay entertained for more than a day, particularly for families with kids.

Family friendly park with heated pool and small toddler playground. The sites were fantastic and large. Only downfall was the wild dogs attacking our garbage during the nights as we were unaware that this was the reasoning. Maybe advise guests not to leave their garbage bags/bins outside during the evening, other than that a long waste hose is a must.

The park is very tidy and well maintained. The pool is beautiful. Unfortunately the premium lakefront site we were given for our van was along a swamp site that was very smelly. A tradie told us as we were packing up that he was supposed to be coming out to clean it up. Big job ahead of him. We hope this improves the 'lakefront' atmosphere.
