For a caravan traveller all we need is a flat site with a bit of power and water. Lake Talbot Tourist Park provides this and so much more. Plus the added bonus of excellent and cheerful service. Add in a neat location and you get the most perfect caravan experience. BRAVO!

Beautifully maintained caravan park where you can squish your toes into real grass. Well designed and very clean amenities. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I took SUPs down onto the lake which was easy to walk down to and back. I stayed 5 nights in Feb.

Always nice arriving at a park that has nice grass sites. We had a large site that fit the car and van and then some. Graeme and Jan are lovely and amazing Managers. Weβve been here a few times and it never disappoints.

We stayed in a two-bedroom cabin at Lake Talbot Caravan Park and unfortunately it didnβt live up to expectations. The cabin was advertised as having a βfull kitchen,β but in reality this consisted of an electric frypan and very limited cooking facilities. If youβre planning to prepare proper meals, this may be disappointing. Guests are required to wash and dry all dishes before departure, however the dishes were not clean to begin with, so we had to wash everything on arrival. Only one tea towel was provided, which made this difficult. No soap, body wash, or shampoo was supplied, which felt unusual for cabin accommodation. There were also no towels provided for use at the water park next door β even hire towels would have been helpful. When we asked reception for the Wi-Fi password, neither staff member could provide it, so we had to return to the cabin to find it on a printed sheet. The outdoor chair was heavily rusted and broken, and the electric blankets on the beds did not appear to be tagged and tested, so we chose not to use them. Overall, the stay felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. If youβre passing through, you may want to consider continuing further along your journey.

This little discovery that my family wondered upon did not disappoint me even if it was only for one day. We do not know how the rooms were, but the outside of them looked well kept. We camped which was great to do and it is right next to Lake Talbot were the water is always moving and not stagment. So its perfect for swimming and jet skiing. The facilities at this place were very clean which in a good way is different then most other camping grounds. The showers had good pressure and good heating. Lake Talbot is also right next to Lake Talbot water park. Which is a great place to go for a cheap place in hot weather.
