I was honestly shocked to finally step inside after passing this place so many times. Most people just take a photo at the entrance and leave, but we decided to explore. We started at the gift shop, which was run by an elderly man. It was cluttered and messy, but we managed to find a charming handmade fridge magnet. The café, however, was a different story. It didn't feel like a public restaurant at all; it felt like walking into someone’s private home where you weren't entirely welcome. The atmosphere was incredibly eerie, and I felt like I was being closely watched the whole time. You even had to get permission just to use the restroom. It was a strange, unsettling experience that I won't forget anytime soon.

Not sure this place still open, due to time of day passing through and quite run down however, interesting looking ice-creamery & ?licensed restaurant with motel? Home to the Giant Koala, with red eyes that eerily follow you surrounded by native bush and flowers off the main hwy.

This place had the best hot chips I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend stopping here. There’s lots of different gift options too. And there’s kids seating outside which is amazing Because it’s such a rarity in a rural setting.
