Outstanding service from the team at Deer Park Volkswagen! It's refreshing to find a dealership that genuinely puts honesty before profit. I was originally quoted an estimated service cost, but after inspecting my vehicle they called to let me know that some of the work wasn't actually required. Instead of charging the original amount, they reduced the bill significantly. That level of integrity is rare these days and speaks volumes about the professionalism of the team. Friendly staff, excellent communication, and first-class customer service. We saw a car on Carsales for sale through Kevin Dennis Volkswagen, Moon was our sales consultant and was prompt to contact us and discuss options to view the car as we live four hours away , even prepared to meet halfway. We came to the dealership and Moon was fantastic to deal with we changed our mind upon seeing another car in showroom Moon never pressured us for a decision. Once we signed we then changed our options on financing the car (novated lease 😡leasing company nightmare) Moon kept us informed all the way did all the chasing of lease company . Nothing was too much effort for Moon I would highly recommend you see Moon when looking for a car . Our experience was exceptional

Jason was genuinely easy to deal with and communicated everything effectively throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered questions clearly, and made the purchasing side of things straightforward. For his service alone, he deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, I’m not overly happy with the condition of the car at delivery. I understand this was a used car purchase, however that shouldn’t mean the service is skimped on. The vehicle was handed over with marks on the interior plastics and noticeable marks all over the exterior. The detailing was very poor, to the point where I now need to spend my own money on a full professional detail. For that reason, I’m giving an overall rating of 3 stars. Great sales communication from Jason, but the vehicle presentation seriously let the experience down.
