Incredibly helpful staff, great location, walking distance to everything in town! We camped here for 4 nights… at first we were worried about being too close to the water because of the windy conditions. The staff were super helpful and we were able to move spots a bit further back and protected by the wind! The maintenance man was so helpful! He helped keep the gazebo pegged down while we battled the gusts of 110km/hr winds!!! Toilets were clean and easy! Walking distance to everything in town, and right on the Lake so the walking trails were close by! Loved everything about this stay!!

Today at around 5:00 pm I went to reception to check if there was a room available for one night. The older lady at the desk immediately told me the property was fully booked. Before coming in, I had already checked online and could clearly see that several rooms were available. When I mentioned this, she suddenly quoted one room at $325. I pointed out that there appeared to be multiple rooms available, and then she changed the story again and mentioned another room for over $400. The whole interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable. I genuinely felt that I was being judged and that assumptions were being made about me and whether I could afford the accommodation. Whether intentional or not, the attitude I received came across as dismissive and discriminatory. Because of the way I was treated, I chose to leave and book accommodation elsewhere. It is extremely disappointing to experience this, especially at the beginning of the snow season when visitors should be made to feel welcome. I hope management looks into this and ensures that all guests are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

I stayed for a week at NRMA Jindabyne and found staff really helpful and friendly. The location near shops was convenient and the quality of my Studio room was excellent. The room is small but for only me it was perfect. Would also be good for a couple if they did not have much luggage (I had lots). As weather was warm for the time of year I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside under the front verandah at end of day. I was sad to leave at the end of my stay and would definitely stay again in future.

We had a wonderful stay at this caravan park and would highly recommend it for families with young children. The location is beautiful, especially with the peaceful river nearby. It’s perfect for kids to explore, play, and enjoy nature safely. The environment feels calm, clean, and very family-friendly. Our caravan was comfortable and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The area was quiet at night, which made it easy for our little one to sleep well. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, spend quality time with family, and let kids enjoy the outdoors. We would definitely come back again!
