Highly recommend Normanville Jetty Holiday Park! We changed our booking from Echo Holiday Parks after reading the great reviews, and we’re so glad we did. We stayed in a standard cabin with our dog, and while I wasn’t expecting much as I’m quite picky about cleanliness, the cabin was lovely, tidy, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

Stayed here just before Easter and had a really pleasant experience overall. The two-bedroom ocean view cabin was cozy, neat, and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax. The location is great, just a short, easy walk to the jetty, which we really enjoyed. One thing to note is that there’s only air conditioning in the living area, not in the bedrooms, and there’s no fan in the bunker room. Aside from this, everything else was lovely and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great park. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Sites clean and lawn is well kept. Amenities were immaculately clean. Location is great right near the beach and with the surf club next door for meals, drinks and coffee. Wind was a bit of an issue, but that can't be helped.

Normanville Caravan Park is an absolute gem! I’ve been staying here for 8 years, and that alone says everything about how wonderful this park is. It’s beautifully maintained, with clean, spacious sites and excellent facilities that make living here comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and local cafes—so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The amenities are always spotless, the grounds are peaceful, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming for families, couples, and long-term residents alike. The staff are fantastic—approachable, helpful, and genuinely caring—which makes the park feel like a real community. After 8 years, I can confidently say this is an outstanding place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great caravan park experience!

What a magnificent location and beautiful clean park. I hadn't been down South for a long time and I'm so glad I did on this weekend. Plenty of things to do and see. The park is spacious and really well equipped, facilities are exceptionally clean. The Surf Life Saving club being next door is an added bonus, meal was fantastic. Will definitely bee staying at BIG4 Normanville Jetty Holiday Park again, but for longer next time. The coast line is visually stunning, best in SA.
