Really good location, staff were nice and showers and toilets are pretty good for a campsite. Washing machines were good and a cute little coffee van out the front. However I personally haven’t been to a campsite with such small camp spaces, you really don’t have any room to yourself making it busy and loud. The spot I was on had rubbish, egg shells and pegs and things left on the ground too so felt a bit yucky.

This was our second visit to Tasman Airlie Beach and had rebooked for a reason. The park is spacious, Relaxing with ample lush green grass, palm trees and spotless amenities. The resident Curlews are an added bonus. Absolutely love the Curlew scrams and their visits every morning. Cannot beat the friendliness of all staff members from Reception to maintenance staff. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. Our family booked a six-night stay at Tasman Holiday Parks – Airlie Beach for what was meant to be a very special trip to celebrate my sister's wedding. We chose this accommodation based on the photos and advertising, expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. On arrival, the shower was covered in grime, the shower heads were corroded and unhygienic, the kettle was coated in oil and grease, and there was urine around the toilet and on the bathroom floor. There were multiple other cleanliness issues that made us question whether the cabin had been properly cleaned before our arrival. While staff acknowledged our concerns and advised that we would receive a full accommodation refund, only a partial refund has been processed so far, leaving us having to chase the remainder. What should have been a memorable family holiday was overshadowed by the condition of the accommodation and the stress of trying to resolve the issue afterward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves its cleaning standards, and honours the commitments made to its guests so that other families don't have the same experience.

Outstanding welcoming staff. Love Sarah! Really pet friendly. Regular food vans for dinner options. Permant coffee van open 7-10 am, seven days a week :) Roomy sites, lots of leafy privacy screens. Catch a bus for a 5 minute trip to Airlie. Easy walk to town in 20 minutes.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tasman Holiday Parks in Airlie Beach and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. We booked one of the glamping tents and were genuinely impressed. The space is huge, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and they even provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, such a convenient touch. We were also pleasantly surprised by how spotless everything was. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their amazing work! The location is incredibly practical too. There’s a bus stop right in front of the park, and it’s only a quick 5 minute ride into Airlie Beach. If you book activities through GetYourGuide (we did a helicopter tour and a boat day), they pick you up directly from the park, which made everything super easy! A special shout out to the staff, everyone was lovely, but the lady at reception really stood out (I unfortunately didn’t get her name). She was so warm, smiley, and genuinely happy to be there that we felt at home the moment we arrived. If we had to mention one tiny thing, it’s that we wished the pool was a bit cooler, but honestly, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d happily come back!
